1. technology usage forms--The deadline is approaching. Without the form, students cannot continue to use the school computers.
2. health needs form--Without the form, students cannot receive care at school.
3. $3 for technology fee--Without this, students will not be able to access some of our programs
4. signed progress reports--These ensure that students have shown their grades to parents who may not have technology capabilities.
