6th Com Arts: Took spelling test, list 30 worksheet due 3/19
Writing with Prepositions assignment on Edmodo due tomorrow, had time in class to complete.  

6th Reading:

• Logs and RAPS 24 due Thursday.
• Black Storm Comin' vocab for chapters 18 and 19 due Tuesday. You MUST bring the novel to class. Students will receive detentions if they fail to bring their books and will be expected to do the work they did not do in class.

• For Vocabulary, make sure you label by chapters, write page numbers (were given to you today to copy), synonym OR definition, and create a sentence in which you use the word in the same context as the novel.
• You are responsible for 2 chapters a day and should come ready discuss summaries, scences you've visualized, thick questions, and vocabulary.  I've attached a file so you'll know what days you should be ready to discuss. Students who are not coming to class prepared and/or do not stay focused during Literature Circle time are choosing to write out their SVQ/Vocab and work independently. 
  Be ready to turn in your vocab work and take a vocab test over chapters 14 through 25 on March 26th.
• Behind the Mountain: December 3 through December 13 entry.
• Maniac Magee: Chapter Synopsis, Cast of Characters and Vocab for chapters 1 through 11 are due March 26th.
