BOOK FAIR BEGINS MONDAY DURING PARENT-TEACHER CONFERENCES FROM 1 P.M. TO 8 P.M. Students are viewing a DVD this week which previews several wonderful books!
6th Com Arts:
Two sided spelling worksheet due Tuesday Oct. 30
6-2,6-3,6-4 Started Research Pamphlets due Friday will be using class time today, Thursday and Friday to finish them. Students are choosing one disease or disorder to make an informative pamphlet about.
6th Reading:
ALL STUDENTS: "Smuggler" and Reading Log both due Friday. Genre Grids are due Oct. 31.
6-2,3,4: Book-in-a-Bag or Bok Talks were due today so students received extra credit if they were ready. I had to move Benchmarking up a week, so we'll start our presentations on Thursday.
6th Math: Study for test on Thursday - Chapter 3
6th Soc. Studies:
